Healthy snacks for one and 3 year olds

We live in the UK but are visiting my family in the US and I don't know the healthy snacks here.  I'm looking for sugar free things, for example I found Kashi 7 whole grain puffs cereal and Nature's Path millet rice flakes.  And dried apple rings, and some sugar snap peas.   Most cereals have sugar or evaporated cane syrup, or high fructose corn syrup!

It's hard to find stuff my 15 month old will eat because she loves some things for a couple days and then is done with them.  I need to keep finding new stuff.  And we do BLW, so I don't spoon feed her anything  (but maybe people don't normally do that at 15 mo anyway, I don't know!).

Hi!! Hope you have a great visit to the the U.S. If you are looking for a good grocery store that sells mostly organic foods with a great variety of fruits try Whole Foods. It is national chain, we have lots of them here in New England. Here are some snack ideas that my DD (5 yrs.) loves. Although food such as Annie's snacks and mac and cheese is organic, some have a good amount of sugar in them.

(fruit leather is most likely not a good idea for a 15 month old but may be a good snack for your 3 year old)

Hummus and guacamole are two of my son's favorites. He loves to dip things.

He also liked the Happy Baby yogurt melts and puffs.

Target has amazing fruit leather, I think it's Archer Farm brand.

My son (13 months) also loves to dip things. It's kinda messy, but fun!

I give him simple snacks like cut-up apple slices, bananas, and cheese cut into finger-size pieces.

I'm curious what other mamas are giving their LOs.
