My Dh evidently was picking up in the bathroom, and put my DS's new lanacare wool cover in the laundry basket. It escaped my notice until I just pulled it out of the washing machine, after going through a "normal" load with Tide-brand laundry detergent.

The cover is somewhat felted now, much less soft, and seems a bit smaller. What should I do with it? I am thinking giving it a nice long soak in Eucalan and lansinoh, and then gently blocking it out to dry.Â

I almost cried when I saw it come out of the wash, but thank goodness I was picking through the wash to pull out some air-dry items, or else it would have gone straight into the dryer!
