Risking out of CNM care in Ohio

At what stage of "overdue" does it happen? Anybody know? Is it standard (I know it's 42 weeks a lot of places), or does it vary? I've just crossed 40 weeks and I'm sure I have a little time, but I like to have my information in advance. I'll ask my midwife at my next appointment if I'm still pregnant then, but that's not for another week and it's really just an idle curiosity thing so I hate to bug them.

I have been pregnant 5 times, and used CNM with 3 of them.

DS 1 - switched out of care because she left the practice around the time I hit 42 weeks.

DS2 - I just had to have a consult with the OB at 40 weeks, and went to 42 weeks no problems and was even discussing being allowed to go beyond 42 weeks, so they wouldn't have to induce over Easter Weekend (plus I was at 4 cm already).

DD1 - she came at 40 weeks 2 days I believe.

Around here (SWO), it's 42 weeks. But it really depends on the CNM's collaborative agreement with the OB.

I never did figure out the answer to this question, but I went into labor naturally and had my baby at 40+4, so luckily did not have to deal with this!
