Holly, have you considered sending PM's to check with the missing mamas? I looked, and tutucrazy hasn't been on MDC since July 4. I'm thinking at this point she may not get around to doing the birth bead thing. Jane was on last on July 27, so that's only about 2 weeks, and by-the-lake was on today.

LOL, I was a straggler on sending, but I'm so excited. I got you all pretty pink dilated stone cervixes!

I am just waiting for the beads from Saoirse2007 as soon as I receive them I will head to the post office and mail them all out. They are all so beautiful I can't wait for everyone to see them! I will let you know when they have been mailed. If I don't get the beads I am waiting for by Friday I think I will just have to mail them out because I want everyone to get them in time. After I mail them I will post a pic with all the beads and explain which one is from who since my printer is not working.

I didn't even think of them that way..but I loved them and now I love them even more..I am thinking they will make a good center for a necklace!

I am soooo sad :(

mY beads are in my mailbox :(

they were returned and must have been sitting in the mail box for at least 2 weeks...I never even noticed...don't go by the mailboxes hardley ever.....grrrr

this is my last baby and I was sooo looking froward to actually participating in the bead exchange this time....we I guess I will just open up the envelope and make my own :(

can't wait to see pics of all of the beads that you chose :)

Don't worry mine were nothing cool like the cervixes :)

Mine were just stones small rocks.....I thought of the rock as something strong and unbreakable...tough like a mom...

My friend went shopping with me and she was NOT impressed. She asked what they "meant". I was like, "what do you mean?" and she was like, "you know, what's the meaning, is it for beauty, or strength, or endurance or something?" And I was all, "Uh, I thought they looked like cervixes and they came in a string of 14". And she was unimpressed, lol. I am very literal, I guess.

Sorting the beads now and will be taking them to the post office tomorrow! Since we had a few dropouts I am just going to distribute the extra beads evenly so everyone will get the same amount of beads but a different mix..unless someone really wants their own extra beads back..if so let me know before tomorrow morning.

Since there are extra beads, maybe you could still be sent some beads even though yours won't make it in time to be included. :)

Just wanted to let you all know your beads are on the way! I mailed them out yesterday so hopefully in a week or so everyone will have their beautiful beads! When you make your bracelet or necklace (or whatever you decide to do) I would love to see pics. Also I decided (after having what I felt be encouraged by others) to include the 3 mamas who were not able to get their beads in the mail on time. So instead of sending extra duplicate beads to you I put kept the beads that were intended for them. We all know life happens sometimes and things don't always go as planned..so as soon as I get their addresses I will be mailing their beads to them :)
