I have been thinking about you lately. The day I had my membranes swept they also set up an appt. for a NST and US and were talking about how they would only let me go 42 weeks and I was pretty depressed since I knew they were starting the clock ticking and I can imagine that is how you are feeling right now. Hopefully you will post good news SOON!!!!!
Kawa Kamuri? How you holding out?????
Thanks for thinking of me!
Arlo was indeed born yesterday morning. My midwife told me she often couldn't tell when I was having contractions but for beads of sweat on my upper lip. I took two doses of castor oil on the 21st with no resulting contractions but woke at 5am on the 22nd in labour, watched the sunrise and listened to the birds chirp. He was born 4.5 hours later - a lovely waterbirth.
I bled quite a bit after birth, fainted and ended up with a shot of Pitocin so I'm feeling weak but otherwise good. Baby is amazing!
