Thank you to everyone for all the support a few months ago when I felt like I was going to loose my mind :)
This match definitely had me going around in circles for a while for sure! We had a really rough start. But thankfully, Z is doing SO much better. She can still be on the irritable side, but now at 4.5 months old is a beautiful baby with a super sweet personality and I can see that she is also a very sensitive child. I think what we were experiencing was a combo of things: prematurity, inconsistent caregivers in the beginning and changes in living arrangements (hospital, nursery, our home), and some intense GI stuff (food allergies and reflux). She seems to be settling now, which is good. And, yesterday I went to get a haircut and everytime I was out of eye sight she cried. That actually made me happy! LOL!
