So I just got our OT evaluation report for two sons.

 

DS1 - 5 years, 6 months

OT Diagnosis - Unspecified Disorder of the Autonomic Nervous System 337.9

~I will list those things that stand out below~

 

Developmental Test of Visual Motor Integration - VMI

-Visual Motor Integration  Raw ScoreStandard Score 68  PercentileRange Very Low

-Visual Perception Raw Score 16  Standard Score 95  Percentile 37 Range Average

-Motor Coordination Raw Score 15  Standard Score 93  Percentile 32 Range Average

Definite Issues with Tactile, Taste/Smell Sensitivity, Movement Sensitivity, Underresponsive/Seeks Sensation, Auditory Filtering, Low Energy/Weak, Visual/Auditory Sensitivity

 

Previous Diagnoses:

315.39 Developmental Speech Disorder (Articulation/Phonology) - SEVERE

(rating at 2 years 6 months)

315.31 Expressive Language Disorder - MILD

(rating a little over 1 year delayed on expressive, few months on receptive)

 

DS2 - 35 months

OT Diagnosis - Unspecified Disorder of the Autonomic Nervous System 337.9

(rating 1 year, 6 months for language overall, atypical pragmatics)

 

CARS Scale score of 35 - mild/moderate Autistic

Can anyone interpret any of this?  Anybody else out there dealing with these things?  I would appreciate any links for further research if you have them.  Google doesn't seem to be turning up anything really ground-breaking.
