*Age/ age when the baby will be born: 29

*Location: Northern CA

*How long it took you to get your BFP: We tried for 13 months and got pregnant in May. I had a miscarriage, and got pregnant again without really trying. So in total, 15 months trying. We're hoping this one sticks!

*What number child is this for you: 2

*Family (partner, other children, pets): I've been married for almost seven years, and we daughter that will be five soon. We've got a rabbit, seven chickens that we keep as pets and for eggs, and a bunch of Silkie eggs in the incubator.

*Birth plans/preferences: I'd prefer a natural, birth center birth...but due to a medical condition I'll have be be monitored by a perinatologist and will likely deliver at the hospital by repeat c-section. If I luck out and go into remission while I'm pregnant, I'll try for a vaginal birth.

*Thoughts / anything else you you would like to share: This is scary after losing one! I am working on being excited, but I'm already feeling sick and I'm scared.

*Family (partner, other children, pets): DH - Allen. We have 4 daughters & 2 sons.
*Birth plans/preferences: Birth at the same place our others were born. Hope to have no epi (have had only one with most recent delivery). Maybe I'll go to a hypobirthing class this time!
*Thoughts / anything else you you would like to share: excited to be here! I'm on Team Green & don't even want to think about names until birth (of course I've always had them figured out for the others so I may change my mind on this later lol).

*Family (partner, other children, pets): I have a lovely husband, a lively toddler boy and an aging kitty cat

*Birth plans/preferences: still deciding but likely a fairly conventional setting, hopefully without needing meds but not out of the questions

*Thoughts / anything else you you would like to share: I am currently nursing my son and wonder how that will change during pregnancy - let me know if you have any thoughts!  And I just got test results this morning so am surprising my husband tonight!

*Thoughts / anything else you you would like to share: This is my first one.  I thought I knew a lot about pregnancy, but now that I am I've realized how little I know.  I'm quite excited about learning new things from mothering.com!

*Birth plans/preferences: 6^th home birth, 5 water birth

*Age/ age when the baby will be born: 29 now/30 when born

*Location: NYC

*How long it took you to get your BFP: Not sure how long God had it in the plans, but we weren't trying. We just weren't NOT trying...

*What number child is this for you: #2

*Family (partner, other children, pets): DP, 28 month old DS, and a jack russell/cocker spaniel mix named Burgies.

*Birth plans/preferences: With my first, I had a wonderful drug-free hospital birth. They followed my birth plan, didn't give him any shots, put him on my chest, left the chord attached, etc. I plan for something as good this time.

*Thoughts / anything else you you would like to share: I want to get to know the other mamas and grow together. Would love to meet others who are gunning for end of March.

I dunno. Usually there's a thread with a list of "spotlight on" people as well. Are we getting one?

OP, you can edit this though. I prob won't be UCing anymore, homebirth with midwife.

*How long it took you to get your BFP: zero months :-) This was a surprise.

*Family (partner, other children, pets): husband, son (10), son (almost 9), daughter 6, daughter 4, son 2, son 11 mos

*Birth plans/preferences: mulling between VBAC and repeat c/s. I'm on the fence and not sure what my docs have to say yet
