ARGH! Getting close and "intimate" moments?

This morning, I could no longer put off my dear husband's advances.  He is so good and sweet to me...and even though S*x is the LAST thing on my mind...we went went forth.

(On a side note: the raging "I have to have you RIGHT NOW" has never kicked in for me this pregnancy)

Nothing out of the ordinary with the intimacy...and it was fine.  And then...the pain set in.  

My girl parts are SCREAMING at me.  I've both used the bathroom AND had a shower since then..and they still hurt so badly.  

Is this anything I should be watching for or tending to?

If it's not tmi for you to share.. what exactly is it that hurts? Is it a deep, cervical type pain? Or an external pain? Or is it that the skin feels raw?

For me, I have very tender areas after sex, which I believe is because there is so much extra blood supply to the area already that it increases sensitivity. I can also have pelvic pain, just due to pressure down there now that the baby is so low.

I haven't had much of a sex drive this pregnancy either. Last time I was jumping poor hubby every time he'd hold still, lol. This time... meh.. I'm just not interested. Poor hubby was expecting another pregnancy like the previous one.

I hardly have any S*x this pregnancy as well. I just do not feel up to it and all the positions enjoyable to me seem to not work with the belly. I have got some swollen veins down there and I resort to my girl parts as "the cauliflower" now. After DTD it does not hurt me but I feel raw and just "not right" down there. 

Maybe a sitz bath might help? Maybe you do have a yeast infection, I had one shortly before birth the last time.

 have not had sex since 30 weeks, it just is too uncomfortable and not at all fun. I can't justify having sex  unless I am into it. DP is not super happy about it (I got begged last night) but I am having a hard time being sympathetic. (I think my exact words were "poor baby")

The last time we DTD my vagina screamed at me for 2 days and I decided that was it. Good luck ladies, you are more loving than I!
