So, for the past month or so I've had a white spot on my right nipple and it hurts when DS nurses. It first developed when I had a clogged duct, at least I think that's what it was. My breast was really hard and hot and it cleared up after I nursed a lot on it and took a really hot shower. But the white spot on my nipple has remained. Anyone know what the heck this could be?
