We had an MRI done, what's next?? (hypotonic)

I'll start with an "overview"  Janie is an identical twin, she's 21 months old, She was in the womb breach, crossed legged on the bottom. They had "diagnosed" her with club foot for 1 1/2 years. About 4 months ago, they said they take back the club foot. She's hypotonic and we started seeing a Nuerologist. She's only hypotonic from the knee down.  They wanted to do an MRI first, of her brain and full spine.  We had that down and they said it came back normal. (we have the actual appt with the nuerologist Aug. 3rd, so that is all we know for now) Has anyone had any experience with anything like this? What would our next step possibly be?  Anything shared will be appreciated!! :)

Thanks Heather & Janie

DS was born at 34 weeks with a tight cord. At 11 months we had an MRI done because of gross motor delays, which showed minor spotting (PVL). His issues are mostly in his lower core and legs. Have they suggested Orthotics for Janie? DS has had them for a couple months now, he's 22 months, and they seem to help somewhat with his balance. Before he tended to roll on his ankles before and wasn't getting good feedback from his feet and now he seems to have a little more confidence, even when he's not wearing them.
