I've been growing kombucha for a month or two, and it's been delicious, but my scoby seems to be getting thinner and thinner.
Am I not giving it enough to grow on? :)
I've been making the following recipe:
4 cups water
1/4 cup sugar (sometimes I've used 1/3 cup)
two tea bags - one green and one orange pekoe
Does this sound like a good ratio of ingredients?
The kombucha is also not very fizzy or strong tasting.
I need help before this poor scoby peters out!
