when did you feel baby move and what side did you first feel it

im really curious on when you felt your babys move and on what side they moved for prior and exsisting pregnancy and if its a prior pregnancy then was it a boy or a girl. if you dont mind also your body type if not thats ok im just doing my own little experiment trying to see if i think the old wives tale is true plus it is just so awsome to hear about i am 12 w 3 d and havnt felt much but with my daughter you could feel on the outside at 14 weeks on the right side. please post i am so curious

ds (#1) - around 18 weeks; felt it sorta all over, or in the middle

 

dd (#2) - felt movement *for sure* at 9 weeks. Not gas, definitely baby. It was intermittent, though, until around 12 weeks when it kicked in (heh) for real

dd1 - around 14 weeks, in the middle felt little flutters

 

dd2 - swear I felt her at 10 weeks but only when I was really still, in the middle as well

thanks i just felt baby move on the left side and it was great and crazy because i felt it so well theres no way it was anythng but baby and it hasnt stopped since!!! any one else who will post on this please do i really want to know

I was pregnant with my DS over 9 years ago, and sadly can not even recall where I first felt movements with him! I think it was right around 18 weeks though.

 

With this pregnancy (my third) I suspected I was feeling baby at 12 weeks. It felt like little pops and squirms. Felt it right along my pubic line. First on the far left side and then in the very middle. U/S confirmed that was where the baby was hanging out, so I knew I was really feeling him/her. Now that the baby has moved up some, I'm not feeling it nearly as strong (booo! :p) I'm guessing because he/she isn't so smooshed now! But I am feeling little thumps in the area that baby is at (a few inches under my belly in the center) here and there.

 

Oh yeah, body type is, ummm... fluffy :p I have a lot of extra weight around the middle! Hasn't stopped me from feeling early movement though!

16 weeks with #1 and 11 weeks with #2, 3 & 4

14 weeks with my daughter. She was really active and felt like a bouncy ball at first.

I was 11 weeks yesterday and have been feeling baby move for about 4 day. First 2 times were laying down. Today I felt her (or him) twice while sitting up. Oop,just felt her again. LOL.  Left side and it feels like she's doing gymnastics. Somersaults?
