have a bit much on my plate these days health wise ...

but am still thinking about my problem with dusting !

thank you for your suggestions

am going to try and ask someone I met fairly recently who could be a good fit for me

(I know someone who does cleaning as a job but she would be such a bad fit for me, making me feel bad etc....)

+ I've read parts of "Burried in treasures" by Tolin

& score high in perfectionism and avoidance (not a surprise !!!)

at least I'm past the pre-contemplation stage

am now at the contemplation stage ....

little steps by little steps ....

my kids love to dust.  Even the 17 mo old.  Give her a towel and she will clean everything.

I use a rag and vinegar/water/scent and dust 1 room a day, once a week.

Jenni1894, thank you for your reply

I like the rythm of it and the phrase is easy to remember

"I use a rag and vinegar/water/scent and dust one room a day, once a week"
