Hello I am 44 almost 45 Have two bio boys 9 and 7 and want another. Fsh is 8.9 and progesterone 11.0. Ob said "go for it "before got my tests. Then nurse calls and says go to reproductive specialist. I did and she said my eggs are too old and I have a huge chance of miscarriage and chromosomal abnormalities. I am healthy have regular periods.
I thought my levels were good and said why not try to squeeze out one last good egg. I started acupuncture this week too. Soooooo, anyone else as crazy as me and want to try anyway? Suggestions while ttc? Like progesterone cream? I thought the reproduction dr was going to give me that but she said it wouldn't help.
