Teething help for an older child?

Dd is 7 and is clearly getting her permanent molars. She's chewing on everything and it's driving me batty. She's broken 2 necklaces, chewed on pencils, pens, etc.

I clearly can't give her a teething toy made for a baby, but she needs something. She's always been a really oral kid.
