We're putting our house up for sale. It's a really lovely house, right up at the base of the mountains, literally ten minutes from Garden of the Gods. Very quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are nice, it's around the corner from a great park, there's tons of families. I'm only posting because I'm so heartbroken to be leaving it that I would feel better if a nice family bought it to enjoy. It has new floors throughout the house (carpet upstairs, hardwood downstairs) and a new finished basement, fresh paint everywhere, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace... Pics are at http://www.frontroyaldrive.com/ . Because of the funny angles, it doesn't photograph so well, but you can still get a jist for it.
