Totally normal!

Yes, I have had this similar problem before as well.  These are my suggestions:

1.  Drink plenty of water.  I like to add lemon to it for the alkalinity and because it helps me to drink more of it.  Thirst is often mistaken for hunger.  In your case, its not likely, because I have experienced what you are experiencing.  You eat, and then, like an hour later, "I'm sooo hungry!"  But it helps to make sure and drink a glass between meals and right after you finish a meal.  Room temperature is best because cold water will have your metabolism get faster to warm the water up.

2.  Eat things like well-cooked beans and soybean products (tofu and tempeh) with your salads and raw meals.  I don't like to be a huge campaigner for protein because it seems we are brainwashed in this country into believing that its the only macronutrient that matters, but it will help make you feel full longer since it digests slower.

3.  And lastly, just eat whenever you feel  hungry.  The feeling of constant hunger can be annoying, but eventually it will change.

4.  As a post script, though, let me just say that sometimes constant hunger can be a sign of your body's inability to absorb a specific nutrient well.  Make sure to check this out with your health care provider, be it an acupuncturist or your family doctor.  You may have a food intolerance, or it could be a symptom of something else.

LOL... I don't know how this happened, but I meant to add this as a response to the thread about feeling hungry all the time.  Sorry ladies.
