Emergency Childbirth PDF?

I'm trying to get a copy of Emergency Childbirth by Gregory White. I've found some places that sell it online (my library doen't have it), but free or cheaper/used would be better:) I keep running across old links for a PDF of it online, but they never work. Does anyone know if it's still out there or does anyone have a saved copy on their computer that you could email?

Or, even if you have a copy you're willing to sell me for cheap? (the cheapest I've found is 17, I know, that's not much, but trying to save as much as possible:))

I read the other day that a bunch of the free versions had been taken down :(  I don't know if they all have since I personally haven't looked.

Oh, thank you!  I have a copy but I shipped it to where we THOUGHT we were going to move a year ago and we haven't made it back home yet.
