Weight gain

Do you concern yourself with it?  I'm not the healthiest eater,  I try but I have a habit of giving into cravings a little too often.  Anyway,  I've been paying closer attention to it this pregnancy and it's really bothering me.  Of course it may be because I had lost quite a bit before getting pregnant this time and now I'm really noticing it!

I always lose a bunch of weight before getting pg, it just works out that way.  I'm also a person recovering from ED (bulemia and body dysmorphic disorder), so I'm always very aware of weight gain, even if I don't weigh myself.  That being said, I eat an extremely healthy high raw, whole foods vegan diet, so if I gain 45 lbs during pg while eating that way, it must be okay.  The weight gain has never caused me any kind of complication during pregnancy or post-partum and since I lose most of it fairly quickly, I don't stress about it (or I TRY not to).

Thank you for your input :)  I think I'm just noticing it more this time around, since 1. we're doing our own care and 2. because I had lost all that weight and I can tell I'm....expanding lol.  I don't feel it's excessive (yet) but I do know I tend to gain more in the end, at a pretty quick rate.  At least that's what I remember about my weight gain from before.
