The midwife in this film which I've seen before (Kathy Davies) was my midwife for my third child .My birth was her first waterbirth she attended (over 15 years ago). She was an awesome hands off midwife (even though back then she was still very fundamentalist Christian/shy around my nude birthing) and kept covering me with a towel when I was in the tub LOL.  I have heard she's way more open now (as in this couple).
