Hi MARY! Glad you checked in. :)))) NTNP is fun but since im a control freak it would kill me. LOL I give you credit.

Sila- Im going to go and chart stalk you. Im interested in looking at this wacky cycle... COME ON O! O! O! O! LOL Im doing an oing chant for ya ;)

DandJ- HI MAMA!!! :)

AFM- so im wondering if my coverline should be lower. I had that one high random temp on CD 19, but the others are all pretty much in line. It would move my coverline down .2 degrees. What do you all think?

Sila- It looks like your body keeps gearing up to O, then doesnt. HMMMM Im going to keep chanting the O chant for you. Lets hope it helps! :)

Hey N&A! Hows newly wed life?

Thanks for all the O vibes ladies!!! A unplanned/unexpected BD session yesterday afternoon, then a Diva Cup mishap, but hoping some Michael Phelps like sperm made it! HOLY EWCM last night (tmi). Of course that was after I peed and forgot to POAS..

+ OPK this morning! banana.gifAnd then...the classic "which temp do I use" dilemma uhoh3.gif DS has been having trouble sttn lately (grr). I got up to help him at 4:45, went back to sleep but then he started crying again and I thought I might have to get up (but DH did) and took my temp at 5:15. 97.6, what it has been the past 4 days when I wake up around 6. Slept until 6:45, temp was 98.0, usually a post-O temp for me. So there isn't a temp on my chart and we will have to see what happens tomorrow. We've BD'd 3 days in a row already...and I know from this morning DH is grumpy and tired...so it might not happen today...but hey, I would love to pack up and leave annovulation land!

RKB - the acupuncture does/ can do all of those things love.gif I forgot what else you asked...I hope the above answers. I don't think I have every had (at least that I have charted) and annovualtory cycle, so I'm not expecting one. LOL now I think you have a funny fat cat! I hope this cycle is "easier" for you! Unfortunately, sometimes we can't really see what happened until we can look back and see the big picture.

Ok time for another TMI CM question. I checked my CM today and it was sticky but cant be stretched more than a centimeter it wasnt wet it was almost dry like I would say pasty and white. I also am having cramps like I always have at this time. What does this mean? Could it mean that I didnt O saturday and I am Oing now?

D&J - I wouldn't be surprised if your body delayed ovulation after the loss. Not sure what the cramps mean other than possible ovulation. Your CM didn't dry up after you thought you had O'd? Maybe try some opks the next few days and just keep monitoring CM. P.s. I think this is why most of us chart. To confrm ovulation and avoid the confusion and Bding at the wrong time biggrinbounce.gif

Yea I wanted to start charting but I decided after the loss to see what happends this cycle and start off fresh next. Just so I know when to buy the thermometer, do you start the first day of your period?

Newly wed life is awesome, although the last month has been rough financially and its hard, but we can make it thru. I love my man he is so amazing and SUCH a hard worker. He yelled at me for talking about picking up a shift to supplement the other day lol. It was cute.

Sila- WAHOOOOO for a POS OPK and the bding session. I would record the 5:15 temp. if your temp is up tomorrow I would make a note on FF that you could have ovulated yesterday just so you remember :)

AFM- I would be having another April baby if we conceived this cycle. (can we talk about how SICK my "mothers" ring will be if DH ever gets me one?) lol a ruby and 2 diamon babies, plus im a RUBY HAHA..... :)))))))

Thats some randomness for the day, I love sparkly things.. *sigh*

Sounds like you might finally have hit the O jackpot Sila!

Not sure if I O'd yesterday or today but I know it was one of them so I just manually put it in for today. Lots more EWCM yesterday but things are still high and soft today and I have some cramping and "heavy" feeling so would you all vote for yesterday or today? PLENTY of CM this time around.... I've been taking Vitex again and Don Quai this time, in tincture. I guess I am supposed to stop the Don Quai now (after O) and keep taking the Vitex. Might as well give it a try right?

It's looking that way! My opk was still pretty positive with FMU this am, so maybe I caught the start of the surge yesterday? I put the lower temp in my chart yesterday, but todays temp was high. I can't wait to see if it keeps going up. I'm thinking if I did O it was yesterday. Cervix is now medium, firm and closed and my cm is pretty creamy/barely any stretch.  Maybe we can be cycle buddies! As for the O cramping and heavy feeling, I have read that it can happen before O, during O, and even after. So just assume it was sometime around then. I have the "heavy feeling" today too, but no cramping. I'm not sure about the DQ and vitex. I upped my b6 a week ago and as far as I know I jut keep taking it right (don't stop after O like EPRO or I guess DQ?) I also feel like I kind of "stole" a BD yesterday, like I snuck it out of DH Sheepish.gif Hoping it pays off.

Sila and OJ - Congrats! carrot.gifWay to O! (haha I kill me).

D and J - You really can start temping anytime, though you might drive yourself less crazy if you wait until your period. Do you kind of know where you are in your cycle?

I have a temping question. At what point do you start considering your temperatures "flat" and replace your BBT battery? I am starting a new cycle so if I have to change it, I want to do it early. They aren't all the same, but I've gotten some that are the same for a couple days in a row, which I didn't see much before. I've only been using the thermometer about six weeks! But I hear when you temp every day they can run out pretty fast.

Sila - I think we might have hit the cycle buddy spot! Awesome. Good for you stealing a BD from DH. I woke mine up last night, haha! I don't think he was too upset about it though.
I have heard that you just keep taking the B6.

Thanks for the info :) Im on CD 26 which is about 10 days before AF but because I'm not regular I cant say exactly how many days it usually is.

Does anyone know what the deal is with ovulation cramps? Does it mean your about to O In the process of Oing or are done Oing?

I have been slightly cramping for 2 or 3 days and will probly still have cramps up until AF shows or my BFP comes :)

RKB - I don't think your temps are flat at all. When I get flat temps I find that it is usually due to consistency. Waking up to pee at the exact same time in night, waking up at hte exact same time in the morning ect. You can test it. Take your temp then drink cold or hot water and take it again, something like that. It doesn't hurt to have 2 thermometers. One for back up. One just mysteriously disappeared one day so the next time I bought 2 orngtongue.gif I choose one to use for the whole cycle though.

D&j - I responded to OJazzy about this, but as far as the research I have done about it no one had been able to pinpoint O cramps happening at the exact time you O. Some have them before the egg is released, some during, some after. You aren't spotting are you? After my loss when my body tried to O the first time (but didn't) I started spotting again and cramping.

OJazzy - Oh, I hope we O'd! I guess the next few days will tell. Ugh patience. I'll just keep taking my b. I don't think my DH was at all upset either. I did the whole lingerie bit... blush.gif

Hi everyone! Thought I'd drop back in... I've been having one crazy cycle and I'm not entirely sure I completely understand what happened in it. But here it goes. Around what I thought was 3 DPO I started bleeding lightly... spotting more than anything, and this kept up for the night and a bit of the morning. Afterwards I started experiencing symptoms and thought maybe I had had implantation, but didn't think it was possible considering how soon it was.... well

BFP - July 29, 2011.JPG.

Me and DH just got our BFP tonight!!!!

I was just testing on a whim seeing as how early I am into the 2ww (5 DPO according to my chart)

I'm thrilled beyond belief and super duper OMG excited!!!

On that note, I'm absolutely terrified! I don't know how I could have gotten such a dark test result at 5 dpo! I'm praying that I got pregnant last month and didn't know it and that this isn't ectopic...

So, yeah... I got my BFP! But any words of wisdom or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Lurking, here, because I saw you had posted something and we had been posting together in the 2ww thread... CONGRATS!!!!! Not sure how to explain your chart and all, but that is one mighty fine line showing up there!  joy.gif  I'm currently in my 2ww, the first half... I would love to join in the bfp extravanganza that seems to be happening this month.  Please send me some baby dust, fellow Canadian!

Thanks so much TenzinsMama! I'm sending all the baby dust int he world to you right now! I really hope that you get your lovely BFP this month, I'd love to be bump buddies with you!

CONGRATS COLTA!!!! carrot.gifbroc1.gifbanana.gif You HAVE to be more than 5dpo. A bfp is not possible at 5dpo. You have to have ovulated earlier. Implantation spotting usually happens around 9-12dpo so I think you must be at least 11dpo.
