7/24 hatha II yoga and a long walk 120 minutes

those two days off were necessary, I think.  It's so hot here!  I wasn't my healthiest self though, staying up too late, eating a little unintentionally.  But I feel strong and great today so I might have just needed that.

 

yoga was AWESOME today.  Its an advanced class so we are building up to tougher poses each time.  Then we get to play with a hard pose after preparing.  This one was side crow which was strangely difficult for me.  All the twists though were my type of thing. :-)

7/3  -  30 minutes shoulders

7/4  -  45 minute running

7/5  -  110 minutes - 50 running and 60 working with the team (this means slow jog)

7/7  -  60 minutes running with the team

Updating from the beach

7/10 -  35 minute run at the BEACH!!

7/11 -  90 minute walk on the beach

7/12 -  60 minute run AT THE BEACH!!!!

7/14 -  45 minute run

7/19 -  30 minute run

7/20 -  30 minutes weights

7/21 -  75 minute easy run with team

7/24 - 120 minutes...workout with hubby then yard work

7/25 -  60 minute run and lunges, squats etc

7/26 -  30 minute run

Yesterday I walked around the hotel for a few minutes and led my mama in some gentle yoga. Took an hour but I'm counting 30 minutes since I as teaching and not doing my own practice.

Id love a nice walk today but more visiting family is on the docket so I'm not sure it'll happen. Goal met though! Next month is 1400

Yesterday I walked around my aunts neighborhood for 30 minute. Refreshing and it was so nice seeing green and big trees!
