Hi! I'm new to this thread. Can I please be added to Waiting to O? DH and I have deciced to TTC #5 (yes, we're crazy). I'm not charting right now, but have in the past and I should O later this week. We'll enjoy the summer for now and see what happens.

justKate, yep, I hear you on obsessing over your chart.

I am obsessing over every little "symptom" and "twinge" right now.  The problem is, they could all be either approaching AF or pregnancy.  Bah.

Aw after hearing all the fun plans I'm actually feeling a little sad about it being the 4th of July now! We did get invited to a BBQ with about 7 other Americans I know over here, but DH and I both work until late tonight so we won't be going. Happy 4th to everyone though! Love the name of the thread Sila 

This is really the weirdest preO I've had since I started charting, dang Clomid! Despite the PCOS, my charts always seem to have a clear thermal shift and I always get OPKs that get darker and darker until +, followed by - OPKs. Well my darkest OPK was 3 days ago and since then they're all - and getting lighter each day, I've had watery CM the last 2 days, but my temps are all over the place and look nothing like O yet.  http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/tlynn

The past few months on Femara my temps are useless. I used to see a very clear thermal shift, but the Femara doesn't allow that anymore. My temps are not very reliable at all. Not much of a warning with cervical mucus anymore like I had before either! It sure makes it difficult! If you get ovulation pains, I'd say that is the most reliable sign. Or using OPKS, but they have never really worked for me. I just wanted you to know that other ladies on O meds are going through the same confusion!!

AAM...   I'm hoping to get a BD in tomorrow am, but it's not likely. And I'm spending the afternoon and evening with one of my ex's kids, so morning is the only option!

AFM:  I am still waiting to figure out what is going on.  My temps still don't show a clear shift of O and the OPK's are almost white.  I have taken a couple pregnancy test but they have been BFN.  I have started having nausea and fatigue this last week.  My temps are looking like they did the month that I conceived DS.  I just wish that either AF would show or I would get a BFP as it has been about 6.5 weeks since the D&C.

Hoping to see some more BFP's and some +++OPKs this week--- Happy 4th to everyone here in the States (although it is the 4th everywhere, they just don't celebrate it any different than the 3rd or the 5th).

Nothing new here, AF is on her way out... she brought with her a nasty summer cold, thanks for the double whammy! I'm just starting to feel better. I'm not doing any extras this month (skipping 2 acupuncture sessions and my massage, no soy or progesterone), my DH will be gone Sunday-Friday with O expected somewhere between Thurs-Sat. Tiny chance that we will get in 1 or 2 BDs if it holds off for Saturday (which was my normal O day before soy). Anyway, I'm not wasting resources on a month that's likely a blowout. No chance for a last minute 3 hour drive booty call Wednesday either, I forgot my mom will be visiting until Wednesday night. This cycle just isn't meant to be so I'm going to enjoy a stress free 6 weeks til my next O comes!

I spent most of last week lurking for some reason and not posting. I have NO IDEA WHEN I O'D. Seriously, I want to scream. I haven't been this clueless in years. I'd have thought I O'd June 27, my CD 13, based on CM alone but I haven't had a + OPK yet. If I have a 14 day LP then I should have Od yesterday or today, but there is no way the CM agrees with that and the OPK didn't either. I'm just annoyed at the recent 33 day cycles, because if I didn't grab the egg this month then it's still 14 more days until AF shows. Fourteen. Gah.

Please move me to 2ww... I'm currently 8 dpo and I've been enjoying a relatively stress-free one so far-- keeping busy in the garden and then I have fun two-day getaway coming up in a few days.  I think the biggest thing is that for the first time in months, I actually had thoughts about how it would be easier if I didn't get pregnant right now because my DS is giving us lots of challenges in the sleep department right now... but then those thoughts disappear quite quickly because I really, really want another baby sooner rather than later.  Being 41 does that, I guess.

tantylynn- it had done the same to me, temps go way up while I'm on the clomid and are just wonky the rest of the cycle. also zero EWCM... wet, but no stretch.  (so iv started using the instead cups after DTD.) are you testing with FMU? iv found that if i do that my tests look almost positive nearly every morning, but if i do like a 4pm urine, i get a more accurate result. you may already know that but I'm just typing out loud (lol) about what would make the opks be 'deceptive' about an LH surge. good luck!

finsmom- guess we need to start a "WTF temp thread" huh!?

stevi- i hope you're dancing away right now! 

remark- could CD 41  be your ov day? i don't know your history, but i just looked at your chart. and i do see a thermal shift on that day. just a thought. :)

cygknit- gah! no chart to stalk!  i was gunna peek for you, but instead ill just say....o may still be around the corner, so keep up the bd just in case. ;)

tenzinsmama-  i hope whatever is meant to be will happen for you this month. :)

AFM- got a POS OPK! woohoo! saw transformers woohoo!  DTD in the back of my husbands car we call the 'hooptie' (with purple velvet seats) on our way home to my mother's house.   good thing i was "prepared" and brought my instead cup along for the ride, DHs face while avoiding watching me put in in was priceless!   so i feel like we did everything we could this month, leave town tomorrow, and had a small temp rise this morning, so i think well be good for the month.
