Best Online Program for 1st Grade?

I'm looking for an online 1st grade program for DS.  He just turned 4 but is obsessed with learning (particularly reading) and we are simply trying to keep up (he's driving it).  I found abcmouse.com and we love it but unfortunately when we started it today I realized he's going to grow out of it in a few weeks.

Ideally we'd like to find something online (he seems to love that format), something he can spend maybe 30 minutes a day on but work at his own pace whenever he wants to do it, something focused on fun learning with lots of games and activities to teach concepts. Nothing hardcore academic.  The more he can learn through play the better :)  I'm not concerned about accreditation, record keeping, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help!  I was homeschooled for all 12 years but that was a long time ago and clearly a lot has changed in the last 15 years.  This is just all very new and a bit overwhelming (and I thought I had another year or two before I even had to think about this stuff!).

It isn't a curriculum for first grade, but a lot of games that cover many first grade topics.  My kids love all the math games.  The site actually covers many things from prek to older elem. but I think it suits the k-3rd crowd the best.

From your explanation, it looks like you might do well with a variety of websites for him rather than simply a grade one curriculum.

We love Starfall.com (the more starfall part of it is $35/year but adds math and lots of extra reading stuff)

My son uses Click n Kids for reading and spelling: http://www.clicknkids.com/

He is four years old but a bit advanced (reads on maybe a 2nd grade level)
