WWYD? He is EBF and my 2 yo just came down with a slight cough and a fever and 2 days later the baby has a fever too. I took his temp in the ear and it was 100. I normally dont do tylenol...but he was so fussy. So i gave him some. Mind you we are in Dominican Republic....and we do not vax. I really dont want to do to a doctor here, i know they will try to give antibiotics. But he is only 12 weeks old. He is a big baby...weighs 17lbs.
any ideas or re-assurance that he will be ok.
