It only happens just before and during an orgasm. The pain is like a sharp cramp, and goes away just seconds after the orgasm. It's only on the right side, and has just recently begun.
Anyone ever experienced this before or have any idea what it could be? I was thinking maybe a cyst, but it doesn't hurt at all any other time. I had a well woman exam a couple of months ago, and everything was normal.
