looking for DC regs on tb test

i'm trying to locate the DC regs that require the tuberculin test. can any good researchers help me? it's not in the statute, so i assume it's in the regs somewhere...

it appears that this is the current form for DC. Refer to part 3 for TB testing specifically. I would just try and include this as part of the exemption if you are filing one. If they do not accept exemptions for the tb test, I would look into alternative testing (ie the qunatiferon gold test) and see if they would accept that instead.

thanks! i have the form, but i want to see the actual regulation that mandates the test... can anyone help me on that? : )

Why don't you ask the day care to show you the law that supports their request?

Slow day at work.....I serious just spent an hour looking for the actual regulation. Can't find it anywhere, including the dept of health website. Everything just refers to that certificate where it states the current regulations require it. I would call the Dept of health directly and ask them to supply you in writing with the regulation.
