Eek! Talking baby

Wyatt was playing on his activity mat a few minutes ago and I was making myself breakfast. When I entered the room he was in, he looked up at me and said "hi". I nearly jumped out of my skin. He won't repeat it and logically I know it was just a coincidence, but whew, that scared me!

LOL! My DH insists our DD said "hi" to him once. I looooooove their coos--she is cooing up a storm and it really does sound like she's having a little one-sided conversation sometimes.

I love all the cooing too! Wyatt and I sometimes have little conversations where I echo what he says and then try to encourage him to try new sounds. No repeats of "hi" yet though.
