Sediment-free alternative to milk?

I'd like to try taking my daughter off milk to see if that helps with her Toddler Diarrhea. However, much of her milk consumption is via a nursing supplementer (she's adopted) when she is going to sleep. It has a very small tube that releases milk by the drop. I tried using homemade almond milk through it and it readily clogged. I've heard most commercial rice or almond milks have sediment as well. I want to avoid soy milk because of the estrogen (though I suppose desperation may lead me to soy.)

She is almost 3 so no need for formula or donor breastmilk.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

For nap and bedtime today I gave her watered down coconut milk. So far it doesn't clog the supplementer and she accepted the taste. We'll see how it keeps going.
