Whoa, really weird to be reading this thread and hear myself described.... I interviewed with Xerxella a few months ago lol.  I ran a home daycare for 5 years and while I think it would be fantastic to have a play based childcare with the food you described, etc, having it be radical unschooling would likely be chaotic.  What about doing a drop-in play program?

Im not going to address the issue about whether or not your son really had the idea, but I just want to say:

I wont send my kid to daycare because of my family's past with a reputable daycare, horror stories Ive heard from friends that worked in daycares, and because I hate the idea of processed food, antibacterial hand gel, all the lysol that gets sprayed ect.

I would send my kid to a home daycare of someone like minded, especially if I knew and trusted them. Personally, I know that some people wouldnt send their kids to home daycares, but I think it is more in line with my beliefs. So, if I needed help with my kid, I would likely send her to your daycare. Good luck!

Where did the OP say she was shunning routine or scheduling? All I see is that she won't force routine simply for routine's sake.

I don't think most daycares have routine for routine's sake-- I think it might seem that way at first glance, but they serve important purposes.  I would need to know what kind of routine the OP is looking to eliminate.
