Hi mamas!
I wondering if y'all have any insight regarding homebirth midwives who may accept short-term students/apprentices? I'm a doula/midwifery assistant who recently relocted to Asheville, NC from Oregon, but grew up near Cincinnati and still have family in the area. Since NC is fairly archaic in regards to the legality of midwives, I'm wondering if Ohio might hold some opportunity for me to continue my learning. I have my name on "the list" to work with some Carolina CPM's, but am hoping for something sooner than later.
