VA Beach kid friendly good places to eat out?

We'll be traveling down to VA Beach and staying with a friend for a few days/nights in Northwest VA Beach but then heading to the KOA campground for four nights, so we'd like to eat dinner out sometimes. We might get one night out alone, but planning on taking them with us for the most part everywhere. With a 2 and 5 yo who have a hard time sitting still, we need some suggestions on restaurants!  We like everything and the kids will try it all, so we're only picky in the sense that we like good food, real food - not TGIF or chain kind of places. Thanks!!

Our favorite restaurant is Quenna's Raw & Vegan, but the service is really slow. There is a wonderful children's library and the beach nearby if you or your partner want to play while you wait for the food. Hope u have a wonderful visit!
