Where are you getting the bulk of your calcium from?

I know we are supposed to get a certain amount of calcium per day.  The problem is is I'm not big on the calcium sources.  I'm not truly fond of drinking glasses of milk (especially with morning sickness) and haven't wanted cheese at all (morning sickness).  I haven't tried broccoli yet so I'm hoping I could use that as a good source. I do like yogurt but again, with the morning sickness, it's been tough to keep anything I used to love down and when I think about eating those things, I don't want them at all.

My doctor said I could eat 6 TUMS a day but I would rather not do that and would prefer to get it from food sources if possible.

I was hoping you guys would have some good suggestions or tips on what you have been eating to get your calcium intake.

Also, would taking a calcium supplement be a good idea if I am unable to get it with food?

I drink NaturalCalm w/calcium and I eat a lot of green leafy veggies.

Goats milk has more calcium per serving than cows... So I mix a little organic hot chocolate mix into a glass of raw goats milk when it sounds unappealing to me.  Garden of Life has some very good supplements, they are food grown, very bioavailable for your body.  Your body will not absorb much of a synthetic chemical isolate which is what all other supplements are made of unless otherwise specified, and they just are not that good for you, and many contain lots of extra, toxic ingredients (such as One-A-Day vitamins have food colorings and anti-freeze!)
