I'm looking for a good breading recipe that I can use for strips of meat (chicken, beef, fish) so that they will be a bit more enticing to my toddler. I'd like something that I can prep ahead of time and then freeze so that I can just pull out a piece and pop on a baking sheet in the oven (or maybe pan-fry in some ghee) -

 

So I'm thinking of dipping in egg, and then in a mix of something like:

almond or coconut flour

coconut flakes

hemp seeds (will these burn?)

finely ground nuts

a bit of salt

 

Does this sound like it would work? Any similar recipes to share, or tips for breading and freezing uncooked meat?
