Dentist Carl McMillan in Cary or LKN, NC?

I'm looking for a dentist the the Lake Norman/north Charlotte, NC area for my DD.  Someone who is willing to really take time to answer questions and work with us to figure out why her teeth seemed to decline over the past year.

I came across a mention of a holistic dentist names Carl McMillan who has an office in Cary, NC as well as near us in Cornelius.  Anyone have experience with this dentist or perhaps have another suggestion?

You would have to search far and wide to find a kinder, concerned dentist to take time with you.  In 2003 I suffered from three major symptoms of multiple sclerosis but was not diagnosed with the disease.  It seems the symptoms of mercury toxicity mimic those of MS. He met me after hours at his office immediately after my phone call and began testing that day. Carl removed my numerous and deep amalgam (mercury) fillings and replaced them with ceramic crowns in 2004 and I have enjoyed excellent health since then.  I do not know if he can resolve your issue but he surely possesses a prepared mind and a caring spirit.  Best of luck with this.
