I have a really great diet due to my nursling's allergies. I eat about 95% from scratch, except rice milk, some ketchup and some brown rice crackers (GF, brand Edwards and Sons, I found them in the HFS, hilary, and they have a bunch of different flavors).
My diet consists of some fruit and/or whole grains in the morning, a big bunch of kale for lunch and lots of beans and veggies during the day. We also juice vegetable juice once a day. I'm also drinking a big glass of rice milk every day for the B-12, even though I do eat eggs once a week. I just want to be on top of that.
I have a very poor exercise routine. My biggest problem was having an empty stomach to do yoga. But now that I'm pregnant, I'll never have an empty stomach (or I'm sure I'll :Puke ), so now I have more time w/my hubby to arrange child care (my 2 yr old constantly tries to latch on when I am not on the offense

: ) We live in town, so once it warms up, we'll be walking a lot more too, which I love. And, not to mention, the general chasing of a two year old that will happen this summer, especially at the beach where we try to go a few times a week.
