Is their a sleep regression at 12/13 months?!

My daughter co-sleeps, but wakes every 2 hours to nurse, then drifts back to sleep.

Lately, she'll wake every 30 minutes, nurse, roll over and have me pat her back for 10 - 15 minutes until she's asleep again, and wake up 15 minutes later to nurse again. It happens all night.

Any tips?! I'm living off coffee at the moment!

Is she teething?

I have found that teething or a large developmental push or a significant growth spurt will disrupt sleep. I can remember when I was little growth spurts being VERY painful and would wake me up in the middle of night and keeping me up for hours. I can also remember the constant, almost itchy feeling of my adult teeth coming in. ugh.

Because these disruptions I rely on homeopathics. I also found with my first that he was just hungry and needed to eat before bed. I have always thought this poor practice but with him it made it all the difference. I haven't needed to do with my second but she is about that age...so who knows.

Oh and I also find a little chamomile tea goes a long way...
