Considering a move to from PA to NH

It looks to me like NH is just a straight religious/medical exemption. Can anyone from NH comment? Thanks!

We live in NH.  Although we'll be homeschooling our daughter this September we originally enrolled her in public school in April.  It was incredibly easy to get the religious exemption form.  I downloaded it, brought it to a notary public- it was at a postal store in Manchester, and she just signed it after looking at my ID. I didn't have to explain anything.  They took it on registration day and put it with her registration packet without a single word. 

NH is a really great state to move to if you're trying to get away from overbearing laws.  Live free or die!
