How to treat strep throat while pregnant

So I just found out today that I have strep throat. Both the doctor and the pharacyst said the antibiotic is safe to take during pregnancy but I am still feeling pretty run down and in pain and wanting to know of some natural or safe remedies to deal with strep while pregnant. (my main symptoms are sore throat, hurts to swallow or talk, headache, fever)

Well, talk to your doctor about it, but I was told I should take tylenol if I have a fever, to bring it down.  A fever isn't good for the baby.  I'm sorry you're so sick, being sick AND pregnant is definitely no fun.
