Does anyone have any experience using henna on hair and then washing with baking soda and apple cider vinegar? I usually wash with water only but use bs/acv no poo once every seven to ten days. I have been reading a lot about henna on the hennaforhair site but have only read one reference that it is okay to no poo with henned hair but it does not specify if the alkaline baking soda will strip out the henna or not. And I read one thread hear on MDC where someone said that they henned their hair with the henna with a fox on the box (I don't know what type of henna that is) and it came out when they no poo'ed.

The henna I am getting is BAQ henna with hibiscus and alkanet from Mountain Rose Herbs.  I have medium-dark brown hair that is really short. I am getting about 110g of it and am planning on using half of it and leaving it on for a few hours then  doing the same thing in a couple of days after it oxidize. I have read lots on the hennaforhair site and have read that getting a 'blend' like the Mountain Rose Herbs one isn't the greatest but I had a gift certificate and was ordering a few other things from MRH so I figured I should give it a try before ordering a lot from the hennaforhair site.
