Hmmm... you can tell a definite difference between her cycle back in 2007 when she got pg with her first (I assume?) and her charts now, which have highly erratic temps. I might ask her about her temping routine and see if there are ways she could help her temps be more consistent. Is she focusing on the same wake time? Or is she focusing on amount of sleep? Many women find it more important to focus on wake time than blocks of sleep when they are dealing with a night waking LO. Does she temp as soon as she wakes or wait a bit before temping? Does she sit up, get up, or drink water ever prior to temping? Does she fall asleep sometimes while temping? All of these things could affect her temp. Is she temping orally or vaginally? Vaginal temping can help some women get more consistency.Â

So her May 2011 chart is just after her m/c? If I had to guess I would say she did ovulate, but it is not completely clear. She has that patch of EW followed by sticky and dry CD 30-33, which is a classic sign of ovulation, but her temps don't line up. She has some spikes and what appears to be a group of slightly higher temps that could indicate she was in her LP, but again it's not clear b/c there are some drastic dips. I see the spotting with EW toward the end so my guess is that she did ovulate, but her progesterone levels were low, lowering her temps and causing the spotting. Because she was regulating from a m/c that could be a reason that her CF was not quite lining up with her temps. So I say she did O and probably like SilaMarila said, I would have guessed CD 31 especially since her CP was high and open. I don't put much stock in the OPK's- those could be showing up positive at any point for whatever reason.

Her June chart is erratic with several attempts at O, but I don't think she has succeeded yet. CD 19 was promising, with EW followed by dry and HSO CP, but her temps are not confirming. I would expect another patch of EW pretty soon, but there really is no way to predict when.Â
