How many names can you give your child in Maryland?
i seem to recall that they only give three spaces (first/middle/last) on the forms, BUT i have a SIL who has three kids and all have 4 names. i know of people who have 2 first names (Mary Katherine for example), so i think that you can fill out at least 4 names plus last (2 first/2 middle or 1 first, 2 middle). i don't think there is necessarily a limit. i would ask your Midwife/OB to see the forms they have to fill out.
i have a BIL who is named Henry Juan de Dios (last name) and the biggest issue he has had is that the MVA cut off his name on his driver's license.
