Advice Wanted: Activities to do with 3 yo when 4 mo is awake

I need some advice.

What are some good activities I can do with both kids (DD 3 yo and DS 4 mo) when they're both awake and alert such that DD feels like she is getting more of my attention?  We read often, sometimes play with the baby, but I need more activities I can do with both kids together.  I find that we're getting into a rut where the 3yo watches TV when the baby is awake.  Sometimes she invites me to play with her, but my playing is either limited (holding baby on my lap) or interrupted (when baby cries, needs to nurse, needs diaper change, etc).

I feel like I have no skills with sharing my attention between the kids - it seems like it is mostly 100% on one and 0% on the other and it switches between kids.  My DD needs more of my attention, but I don't know how or when else to give it to her. Would love to hear your ideas!

Why not do a craft with the 3 yo.

My oldest was 2 1/2 when the baby was born.   You can color or paint one handed while you hold the baby or it chills in the bouncy or blanket whatever.   Wear the baby and go on a walk.  Play doh is fun too.

my DD is younger than yours (26 months), DS is almost 4 months. DD and I read, sing, color, talk, blow bubbles, go for walks. or I pop them both in the tub (his infant bathtub can fit onto the regular bathtub.

What about an audio book? That was my fav standby with my dd for many things between 3-5 years.
