Saliva testing for progesterone levels

I had a lab run my saliva levels (tested during 4 different times of day) and it came back with a result of 49.66 pg/ml.  The lab says normal range is 127-456 without meds.  Most levels I've seen are in the 1-20 ng/ml range.  Is it just a matter of moving the decimal point?  That seems obvious, but the numbers don't quite match up.
