I'm doing this as a project for school. I put together a video. I'll apologize in advance for the low volume, you may have turn up your speakers. I'm a nurse and I've pumped for my 3 kids so this is something with which I have some experience.

It would really help me out if you would watch it so I don't flunk out of grad school, lol. You might learn something too!
