Let's talk diet

How many of you substantially changed your diet and saw improvements in your cycles (LP length, O date, etc)?

I see diet changes mentioned often but not always personal experiences from women who felt their cycles changed because of it (more than a small change).  Any stories much appreciated!

wish i coudl help but iv tried everything, diet, supliments, stress level, excersize or less of any of these things...and noting has worked.

in-gender.com has some info on gender swaying in regards to diet, and they have lots of info on vaginal ph having to do with diet. so a lower ph would be good for ttc in general.

good luck!

Thanks for the response.  I'm surprised yours has been the only one given how much I see diet mentioned in regards to fertility.

Anyone else?  It's difficult making diet changes especially when you're not sure they will even be worth it.  <insert yawn from lack of coffee>

There's lots of discussion right now on diet and supplements in the Nursing Mamas thread, you might want to look there... I know what you mean about making the changes being hard especially when you aren't certain about the efficacy of it all-- missing my regular dose of coffee, too!
