Gluten free, dairy free, egg free baby biscotti recipe?

Does anybody have a recipe for allergy free baby biscotti?

I need something I can give my LO to gnaw on for teething and also for times she sees others eating.

I would look for a vegan recipe and just sub out the flour with a GF flour.

Here is one for biscotti (not baby biscotti, but I'm sure you could leave out the anise and vanilla flavor)... It has nuts but according to the notes at the bottom that can be substituted with millet flour.

I have not tried this particular recipe but I like this Web site for ideas because it is generally dairy and egg free in addition to gluten free (we can't eat all three plus some other stuff). It is a pain to get all the different types of flours though but I'm not sure it would work if you just used one kind...maybe experiment?

Try looking into the <www.wholesomebabyfood.com>   .....not sure if that website is correct but it is to that effect, just look it up and it will have teething recipes (like biscotti but for babies) for babies. And pretty good ideas too, all organic and simple! Have fun with it!!

I have a recipe for eggless, dairy-less, gluten-free biscotti, but it's not for babies. I've used baby food peach puree in it! But mine has nuts (I haven't tried it without nuts, but it doesn't seem like it would make that much of a difference). My kids love it when I make them.... maybe it's time to make them again.
