Maybe?

When I was pregnant with my son, I wasn't aware of my body and so I really don't remember if my breasts were sore or not. When I miscarried in November they were VERY sore. Now we're TTC again and they're not sore but I've had a few other symptoms. My cycle average is 37 days and I'm on CD 30 now. On CD 22 I had a few spots of blood (implantation bleeding?). I've had some vivid dreams and somewhat crampy. What do you think? I want to test so bad but when I tested on CD 27 I got a -.

When did you ovulate?  The implantation spotting would happen on average 9-11 days past ovulation.  From what I've heard, each pregnancy is different and your symptoms from one could be completely different from another pregnancy.  Also, if your pregnancy is very early, your breasts may not be sore yet and your body also might not be producing enough HCG yet for a pregnacy test to be accurate.  I sure hope you get good news!

Any idea when you ovulated?  Do you temp?  Or recall patches of fertile cervical fluid?   Creamy or eggwhite in consistency?  With long cycles (37 days) you will ovulate later than the typical 14 days and on top of that many things can delay O like stress, travel, illness,  injury, diet changes, strenuous exercise, etc.  So going simply by the calendar is not going to be accurate every cycle.  But it certainly can help us guess.  If you have an average LP of 12-14 days then your average O window is likely CD 23-25.  What that means is the spotting you experienced around  CD 22 could be ovulation spotting (often indicating heightened fertility), hormonal fluctuations causing some breakthrough bleeding, or a bleeding from an irritated cervix (possibly bumped while DTD?).  If we guess that it was O spotting and go off of CD 22 as your O day then you would have been only 6 DPO when you tested and got a BFN.  That was too early to test.  But today you'd be 10 DPO.  Some women get accurate results as early as 8 or 9 DPO, but many of us have to wait closer to the time of expected AF, 12-14 DPO.  So maybe try testing again tomorrow with FMU and buy a 2 pack in case you get a BFN or a squinter.   Be sure to get a sensitive test that only requires an hCG level of 25.  Dollar store tests, generic drug store tests, Answer strips, and First Response Early Response are all good choices.  Early on, blue dye tests have been known to get evap lines, so go for a pink test.   Keep us updated and good luck!!
