early symtoms

How early could one possibly start feeling nauseous, super sensitivity to smells, etc? I think I would have gotten pregnant sometime early last week. monday or tuesday? I'm still about two weeks from my period (I think.. I'm terrible at keeping track.) We used a condom but it came off..

All three times, I have felt "off" right about the time of implantation. I know before the test that I'm probably pregnant. If you're two weeks off, do you ovulated early or have long cycles? You won't feel symptoms until after the egg has implanted and hormones are being produced by your body.

My cycles have been somewhat irregular and I have never known/tracked/charted when I am ovulating. I am not even exactly sure how long it has been since my last period, probably 2 weeks.. maybe 1, maybe 3. it was recent but i can't remember for sure.
We were not TTC, but would be nonetheless thrilled with a pregnancy.

Idiotic question: How long does implantation take? If I am accurate on dates, we would have conceived on the 11th or 12th. I have been feeling weird for about 3-4 days, since the 19th or 20th.

Mine was mild headaches and period cramps like af was coming. It went on for 6 days of it. I was even wearing mama cloth just in case and got my bfp yesterday.

On average, implantation occurs 7 or 8 days after ovulation but there's also a wide range of what's normal, from 3-14 days. But if you were to chart the day of implantation, it would form a nice bell curve with the peak around days 7-8.

Some women swear they have symptoms from the moment of conception, which isn't entirely outside the realm of possibility. A blastocyst, like any cell in the human body, secretes tiny amounts of a variety of hormones and some women could certainly be hyper sensitive to these tiny, tiny amounts. That would be extremely rare though and probably impossible to scientifically verify with our current technology! Take it with a healthy measure of skepticism, it is so much more overwhelmingly likely that any super early symptoms have nothing to do with pregnancy and are purely coincidental.

Annectdotally, the only early symptoms I had with my first 3 pregnancies was sore nipples the day before my period was due. This is my 4th pregnancy now and I've had nausea and taste sensitivities since 5 days before my missed period. I also got a positive test really early so had confirmation that implantation had already occurred. Otherwise, the symptoms were so subtle that I would've chalked them up to some random bug from my kids or just side effects from stress.

Implantation occurs between 6 and 12 DPO and it would typically take one to two days after implantation at least to build up enough hCG to start having more intense symptoms.  But I don't discount women who say they experience symptoms right away- I think it's possible, just not common.  I had nausea with my first at 8 DPO.  With my others it was later.
